Halo lessons for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

My wife is going to be running a marathon for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society on June 1st, 2008 in San Diego for the Rock ‘N’ Roll marathon.

You can read all about it over here at her blog.

For the month of March all proceeds from the lessons I offer on this website will go towards the $4,000 she needs to raise. $3,000 of this amount will go directly to the Leukemia and Lymphoma society and the other $1,000 covers the cost of the travel and trainers that she has been working with.

My goal is to raise at least $500 this month to help out. You can order lessons from HaloBoards.com, simply click the lessons button and you can purchase them there. If you haven’t signed up for an account you’ll need to do that before you can order the lessons but after that is done I will contact you with further details.

I have been doing lessons for nearly a year and the feedback has been very positive. Please join me in helping to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma society by purchasing lessons or just by donating directly at the Team in Training page.

Again, if you want to simply donate without taking a lesson you can do so here directly at the Team in Training page. There is currently $404 donated on that page and I’d love for some people to make a donation as a result of seeing this post.

I think your name is Chris, but may possibly be mistaken. I am friends with Mike Pasquire. Actually, my brother is his roommate and I have played a bit of Halo 3 with you.

I also own a business that donates to “good” causes. So, if I can donate to your wife’s, and obtain some lessons, et cetera, all the better. If this is still an option, please write me back, so we may work out the details.
